Torchs is expanding from cross-border trading into full technology commercialisation — bringing Korean process technology, equipment, and partnership models into India's fastest-growing industrial sectors, and building long-term local capability rather than one-time transactions.
India's electronics and semiconductor manufacturing base is expanding rapidly, backed by strong government incentive programs. Torchs supports this growth by connecting Korean, Japanese and Chinese equipment and materials makers with Indian manufacturers — covering machinery supply, engineering integration, and long-term maintenance and service support.
India generates a rapidly growing volume of battery and electronic waste, but currently exports far more raw material than it refines domestically. Torchs is developing capability to bring proven Korean recycling and refining technology into India — helping convert a raw-material export model into a higher-value, domestically processed one.
As India invests heavily in expanding its shipbuilding and heavy-industrial capacity, much of the specialized equipment and component supply chain remains underdeveloped domestically.
